GRAMMAR NOTE:

The pronoun "your" is used correctly in the song lyrics. It is not a spelling mistake. It should NOT be "you're beautiful/ ( ie. you are beautiful).

Although the word beautiful and perfect are adjectives and NOT nouns, the writers wanted to use both "beautiful" and perfect as nouns as if they were something that a person owned. As a result "your" in the song refers to the  mask of "beauty" and  so called "perfection" that the person shows to the world.

VOCABULARY:

"out of my league"

This expression comes from American baseball. American baseball is organized by a hiearchy of "leagues" according to how good a player is.

The major leagues are the big ones, but there are many different levels of minor leagues from AAA on down. The major players bring the best players "up", or send players who are not playing well "down". This vis a which form the pool from which the major leagues bring the best players "up."

you're/he/she is out of my league: in love or dating this means you are not good enough for him/here, or he she is too good for you.
